The Gluten Free Story…

This started 3 years back, in 2017, when I attended a seminar on celiac disease (wheat allergy). In that seminar, I interacted with many patients suffering from celiac disease. A good number of these patients were children and they were following a restricted diet, far from most of the delicious dishes as most of them contain gluten, and gluten is poisonous for them. 

After some days, I got a chance to consult a patient suffering from celiac disease. He was just 12 years old. During the treatment, I had an interaction with his parents and they shared how difficult it is for them to buy these expensive gluten-free products. And the most difficult thing was restricting their child from socializing with other children so that he is away from the gluten food, as even if by mistake the child consumes the food items having gluten, it is very dangerous for them. In this duration, I also got a chance to consult my sister’s daughter who was also suffering from celiac disease. In the case of homeopathic treatment, the minimum duration of treatment is 5 years, and it’s a lot of time. 

I realized how difficult it is for the person who is suffering from celiac disease to follow the gluten-free diet which is tasteless.

For people not suffering from celiac disease, fast food is just an unhealthy snack, while the same fast food will act as a poison for celiac patients. 

 

So I had a conversation over this with a friend of mine, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Vaishnav, who is a Bio-Technologist and we decided work on a solution for this and come up with some booster for a treatment period so that they can easily and happily pass the treatment time. In a year of research, we worked on making gluten-free products without compromising with taste at affordable prices. And After a lot of lab tests, we finally succeeded in manufacturing tasty, healthy, and affordable gluten-free products. Initially, we were manufacturing just the gluten-free flour, but due to incremental demand and a great response, we have increased our products. Currently we manufacture Gluten-Free Flours (Suji, Besan, Multigrain Flour), Gluten-Free Cookies in different flavors (Tutty-Fruity, Elaichi and Coconut), Gluten-Free Golgappas, and healthy Amla Candies in different flavors (Chatpata Amla and Sweet Amla).
