There is no minimum order value for delivery. However we charge ₹ 30 for all orders below ₹500.

Once order is placed online, the order is picked and packed, goes for a quality check, etc. by our dedicated team. This order is then provided to Speed Post, our reliable delivery partner, who is responsible to deliver your order to your door step.

Once the order leaves the store for delivery, a notification will be sent on your registered email address (if provided) and mobile number. In case of any changes in the delivery schedule or ordered quantity, you will be notified well beforehand.

Yes, you can still change your order once it has been placed. However, after dispatching the order from the store, order could not be changed.

In case you want to remove certain products from the order, it can only be done by cancelling the order before the order gets dispatched from the store. In case you wish to order some additional products, you can always place a new order.

If you are unavailable when your delivery arrives, our courier will post a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery. Our couriers will continue to make at least 2 further attempts to deliver your order, if the courier is still unable to deliver your parcel it will be returned back to us and you will be refunded.

In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, you need not to accept the order. In case of prepaid orders, you will get a full refund in this case.
